 Quotations are called from qualified and experienced Architects/consultants/engineers to prepare estimates and tender documents as per CPWD/PWD schedule for various civil works mainly for Roof treatment, Internal road, Internal painting, Various maintenance and Civil works. Experience in electrical installation and Central AC plants will be added advantage. Selected firm shall be required to supervise the works, if executed. Bidders to submit their bids in two parts – Technical & Commercial. Offers will be submitted in sealed envelope quoting the advertisement ‘Offer for Architects/consultants/engineers’ and the name of the firm latest by 14.00 hours on 20.02.2012. Technical bids will be opened at 15.00 hours on 20.02.2012. IJIRA complex will be available for inspection during office hours only from Monday to Friday.
